This mini scale is equipped with stainless steel platform, and large LCD display with back-light for easy reading. We use these here at The ODIN, they actually work great.
Its clear protective cover can be detached and used as an expansion tray.

Pretty good quality, better than expected. Checked its accuracy versus my pipettes' and seems to work well. The big screen and buttons are a plus. The only complaint I have is that it goes to power save too quickly, sometimes in the middle of a measurement, and one cannot change the 30s setting.
Works as described. Does not feel cheap and it's pretty fast. I like the transparent protection cover. I cannot talk about precision. It comes with a little instruction booklet reasonably well written.
I really like the tare feature too.
This it a good scale, I originally bought a food scale at Walmart but it didn't have the sensitivity for lab work. This scale will read the pressure of your breath if you blow on it.
