    I used that in the past from multiple shipments and it works very well for liquid bacterial cultures. All cultures came up well. A must have, reasonable priced growth media for any DIY biologist.

    Works as described and smaller quantities are available which is useful. Mixes well with amp. Stays liquid when held at 50°C.

    Way cheaper, actually better than other brands

    I've used a variety of suppliers for LB during my undergrad. I've actually had better success with The ODIN's even though other brands do cost more and have a more conventional rep.

    way better than bouillon

    I started out growing ecoli in and on bouillon media but I had a lot of trouble getting the conditions right. Price was the biggest factor in not buying LB but that was before I found The Odin. The difference in the growth and health of my colonies is dramatic so it's well worth the cost at Odin's prices.
